Delivers Downloadable Self-Service Apps As part of a major push to expand
customer self-service options outside the United States, UPS said its UPS Online
Tools software is available for downloading off the Web in the primary languages
of 37 countries. In addition, users in 34 countries have gained wireless access
to tracking information, the shipping giant said. Safeway plans to
launch Internet operations in Sacramento, Calif., the latest move by a traditional
grocer to expand its online presence. One of the nation's largest grocery
chains, Safeway will begin offering home delivery to more than 50 neighborhoods
in the Sacramento area, said David Bowlby, a Safeway spokesman. Managing Virtual

Flights with Disney Online travel company Travelocity.com has announced

boost nonflight revenues," Gartner research director David Schehr told the
E-Commerce Times. And
